In order for non-dealer licensed
individuals to write a personal check at our Auction for the
purchase of GSA vehicles there are guidelines, and they are
as follows:
We have to have a letter from your bank on Bank Letterhead dated,
and addressed to Chattanooga Auto Auction. This letter must
state that the bank will guarantee your check in the said amount.
The bank must sign this letter. This is the only way a personal
check will be accepted by Chattanooga Auto Auction. We will
require a new letter for each sale. There are no exceptions
to this policy.
We
must have a picture ID with you in order to attend the auction.
