Selling Policies
All vehicles will have a detailed condition report, along with a digital photo, posted on our web site 5 days before sale. All vehicles puchased on-line will have a 7-day guarantee in case of discovery of an undisclosed condition. To be eligible for compensation, the auction must be notified by the buyer within the 7-day period of purchase. The auction will determine, at their discretion, how to handle any compensation. The auction may choose to refund the purchase price of the vehicle, reimburse for the costs of repairs, or have it fixed at a repair facility of the auctions choice.

Rating System
Frame Damage: Any vehicle with frame damage or title brand Title Brand will be announced.

All items listed below will be listed on condition reports with either N/C listed or an approximate cost of repair based on $30/hour labor rate.

  • Broken, missing or cracked parts
  • Tears, burn marks and cuts greater the ½ inch
  • Dings where there are 3 or more dings on any body panel Note: A ding is defined as any dent less than 1-1/2 inches with no paint damage
  • Dents (regardless of number of incidents per panel)
    Note: A dent is defined as any depression greater than 1-1/2" or any size with paint damage
  • Any surface scratch greater than 3", or any scratch exceeding ½ inch that breaks the paint
  • Stains to carpet or upholstery that can not be removed by steam or shampoo
  • Tires with less than 4/32 tread remaining, missing spare or unmatched tires
    Note: Matched tires are defined as same size and speed rating
  • Windshields with spider/cracks larger than a nickel or chipped
  • Any area showing rust
  • Substandard repairs or any paint that is peeling, chipped, bubbling or mismatched
    Note: 3 to 10 chips are charged as a ½ panel and 10 or more are charged as full panel
  • Mechanical and electrical malfunctions
  • Frame damage

Anything not addressed above will be considered normal wear and tear.

Payment Terms
All payments must be received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day after the sale.Vehicle release forms will be placed at the Security booth once payment has been received.
